What would happen if everyone had unlimited amounts of money? It sounds like a dream come true, doesn’t it? what is the effect it’ll have on the economy? The desire to earn money leads to innovation, creativity, and originality. Harmony and understanding between the people in the community develops from money. If money was infinitely accessible, it would lose its value over time. If everybody had everything they desired, they would be very proud and greedy. The society may not want to help each other, would not have the motive to do anything.
It’s good to have different lifestyles, classes, and sections of society because this allows us to produce more and to become motivated to get a better lifestyle and also helps in the growth of the economy. We are dependent on other people to supply products and services, people are dependent on each other for survival. If everybody had money, they would start fighting for the most trivial reasons. The community would even miss out on necessities like food. Who’d want to grow crops? There wouldn’t be anything to eat and the money would replace food.
Hard work is the reason behind development and in the absence of hard work, there will be no growth and development. Everything will become stagnant. There will be no flow of money if there is too much of it because nobody would want to invest it. The desire to own money and have relationships is what makes us strive hard to get them. If everything is free and easy to get, nothing would be of value.
